World Water Day was created to remind us of how precious water is for life. Water especially drinkable water,is a limited resource. Therefore,it is everyone's duty to save water by pratising a few practising afew practical habits.
Washing machines use alot of water.To save water,we can collect water released from the washing machines and use it to wash the floor drain or flush toilet.
Whenever it rains, put as many pails outside to collect rain water. This water can be used for watering plants, or cleaning floor.
Most famalies use a hose when they wash their car. This way of washing cars uses a lot of water. Instead,use a pail of water and a piece of cloth
All of us should do our part to save and conserve this limited resource .A little bit goes a long way
