Skin Care : Acne

Most teens have acne problems. Both boys and girls have serious issues with it. But do they know how to prevent it from getting even worst

Here are the tips to prevent the breakouts (pimples) and to clear them AFAP:

Wash your face ONLY for twice a day (14 times a week) with warm water and a mild soap made especially for people with acne problems. REMEMBER! Don't let the water to flow in full speed directly to our face. Let it flow from our hair. Massage your face gently ( in circular motions) . REMEMBER! Don't scrub your face. It will make it even worst. Overwashing it also gives us the negative effects that we don't want.

Don't pop the pimples! It is because, popping pimples can push infected materialsfurther into the skin, which brings us to become more swelling, redness and scares.

Avoid touching your face with your fingers or leaning/touching your face on object that collect sebum and skin residue such as mobile phones.

If you wear glasses, make sure you clean them frequently to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose

If you have acne on your body, AVOID wearing tight clothes, scarves, headbands and caps. This will make your skin to hardly breathe and also irritate your body.

Remove your makeup before you go to sleep. Buy the makeup that says 'noncomedogenic' or 'nonachnegenic' on the label.

Keep your hair clean and out your face to prevent other dirt and oil from clogging your pores.

Protect skin from the Sun. Tanning may worsen your acne and also lead us to wrinkles and increasing your risk on getting a cancer.

Assalamualaikum...

We just made a presentation using Windows PowerPoint 2007. We were given the a week time to finish this task. We were given two task from our teacher, Miss Nadiah Abdah.

• Task 1: List out the USES for the modern inventions that were chosen
• Task 2: List out the Advantages and the Disadvantages of the chosen modern inventions
• Task 3: Complete the survey of the chosen modern inventions and write a brief report about it.

For this assignment, our group choose Internet. There are certain reasons why we choose INTERNET..

• It is the most popular modern inventions in this world.
• Teenagers uses the Internet as their daily necessities.
• Much easier to find the information through the 'Internet' ( Researching for the internet using the internet?? Isn't that obvious????)
