
Wash your face ONLY for twice a day (14 times a week) with warm water and a mild soap made especially for people with acne problems. REMEMBER!
Don't let the water to flow in full speed directly to our face. Let it flow from our hair. Massage your face gently ( in circular motions
) . REMEMBER!
Don't scrub your face. It will make it even worst. Overwashing it also gives us the negative effects that we don't want.
Don't pop the pimples
! It is because, popping pimples can push infected materials
further into the skin, which brings us to become more swelling, redness and scares.
Avoid touching your face with your fingers
or leaning/touching your face on object that collect sebum and skin residue such as mobile phones
.
If you wear glasses
, make sure you clean them frequently to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose
If you have acne on your body,
AVOID wearing tight clothes, scarves, headbands and caps. This will make your skin to hardly breathe and also irritate your body.
Remove your makeup
before you go to sleep. Buy the makeup that says 'noncomedogenic' or 'nonachnegenic' on the label.
Protect skin from the Sun
